Select a GEDCOM File to Import

   The Import GEDCOM file dialog screen is reached by choosing Import from the File tab of the Ribbon bar and then choosing GEDCOM file... from the dropdown menu.  From the Import GEDCOM file screen, choose Select the file using the Windows dialog box option.

1. Make sure the desired drive and folder have been selected.

2. Select the name of the GEDCOM file you want to import, or, in the File name: box, type the name of the file.

3. Click OK.
