Search Notes
The Notes window is reached by clicking the Notes icon below the Husband or Wife on the Family View, or by clicking the Notes icon on the Information or Marriage window, or by right-clicking on a person's name and choosing Notes…
To search a notes field, press Ctrl-F to bring up the Find screen.
Fill in what you would like to search for in the notes field.
Start at Beginning - Finds matches at the beginning of the note if selected, otherwise the text could be anywhere within the note.
Find Whole Word Only - Finds only occurrences of a matching whole word, not portions of a word.
Match Case - Only looks for matches that have the same letter case as the search text.
To find subsequent matches, use the F3 key on your keyboard.
