Purge Unused Surnames
You are about to go through a process where all the surnames in the Master Surname List that are not currently being referenced will be removed from the list. This is a good way to remove names that were misspelled and later corrected.
The Master Surname List can be reached by clicking the down arrow next to any surname field, or by choosing Master Lists > Surname from the View tab on the Ribbon bar.
