Purge Unused Addresses
You are about to go through a process where all the addresses in the Master Address List that are not currently being referenced will be removed from the list. This is a good way to remove addresses that were mis-entered and later corrected.
The Purge Unused Addresses screen is reached by choosing the Purge Unused option from the Options button on the Master Mailing Address List, Master Event Address List, or Master Repository Address List screen.
These Master Address Lists are reached by choosing Master Lists > Address Lists from the View tab of the Ribbon bar.
