LDS Ordinance Reports
The LDS Ordinance report shows each selected individual along with all their ordinance information. This includes the individual ordinances of baptism and endowments as well as all sealing information for spouses, children and parents.

Records to Include
The following record groups can be included in the report.
All Records
Set this option to include all the records in the Family File whether they have some, all or no ordinance dates.
Records with Missing Ordinance Dates
This option prints a report that includes the individuals with one or more missing ordinance dates or marriages with no sealing date.
Records with No Missing Dates
Set this option to print a report of individuals who have all the ordinance dates filled in.
Records with One or More Dates Filled

Options Tab
RIN Numbers
Select this option if you want to have the Record ID Number printed with each name on the report.
Include Living Individuals
Select this option if you want individuals marked as living included in the report.
Include Alternate Names
Select this option if you want to include alternate name spellings.
Show Children of each Individual
Select this option to have the report include the parents, spouses and children of each individual. This is very helpful when trying to determine who a particular individual is.
Temple Name Appendix
Select this option if you would like to have a printed list of all the temples included at the end of the report. This will be printed on a new page.
Shading
To enhance your report you can have lightly shaded bars printed behind each individual's line. This often makes reading the report easier because you can follow across wide blank areas to dates listed on the right side and see which name they belong to.
Lines
You can have vertical lines printed between columns and/or horizontal lines printed between rows by checking the appropriate boxes.
Page Setup
You can change paper orientation, margins, paper size, title position, page numbering etc. by clicking Page Setup. (See Page Setup for more about these options.)
Where to Send the Report
The report can be output to two formats. Make your choice by clicking on the appropriate option button in the lower right. The choices are:
Screen / Printer - Sends the report to either the Print Preview window or directly to your printer depending on whether you click the Preview or Print button.
PDF File - Generates the report, displays it in the Print Preview window and then creates an Adobe PDF (Portable Document File) file. This file can be viewed with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader and easily sent to other people by e-mail. (This feature is part of the Deluxe Edition only.)
Printing
When you have set all the options, click either the Preview button to see an on-screen view of the report before it is actually printed, or click Print to have the report sent directly to the printer.
Note: The report settings for the LDS Ordinance report are saved in a file called LDSOrds.usr in the [My Documents]\Legacy Family Tree\_AppData\Usr\ folder.
Or Use the Search Feature
You can also use Legacy's Search > Missing Information feature to find individuals who are missing one or more ordinance dates or temples. See Missing Information Search for more information. Using this feature you can easily create a search list where you can tag all the involved individuals.
