There are four types of records in Legacy that accept a File ID#.  These are Master Sources, Source Citation Details, To-Do items, and Media items (picture, sound, and video files).  You can use these fields to create a filing system linking your family file records with printed source documentation, printed pictures, and other physical items that you want to store for the future.
