License Agreement

IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING

By installing, you indicate your acceptance of the following Millennia License Agreement

MILLENNIA SOFTWARE LICENSE

This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Millennia Corporation.  By opening this package, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

1.  GRANT OF LICENSE.  Millennia grants to you the right to use the enclosed Millennia program (the SOFTWARE).  You may install it on more than one computer (such as a laptop) as long as there is no chance of more than one copy being used at the same time.

2.  COPYRIGHT.  The SOFTWARE is owned by Millennia and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions.  You may copy the software for backup purposes or give to other users so they can evaluate the software for their use, with the agreement that if they decide to continue using the software they must purchase a registered copy, either through a dealer or directly from Millennia.  

3.  OTHER RESTRICTIONS.  You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE.  You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE.

LIMITED WARRANTY

LIMITED WARRANTY.  Millennia warrants that the physical diskettes, CD-ROMs and documentation provided with this software are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of receipt.  If you notify Millennia of a defect within the warranty period, Millennia will replace the defective diskette(s) or documentation at no cost.

Millennia warrants that the software will function as described in the User's Guide for a period of 60 days from the date of receipt.  If you encounter a problem and give Millennia enough detailed information to find the problem and fix it within the warranty period, Millennia will update the defect at no cost, or, at Millennia's option, will refund the full purchase price of the software upon receipt of the original product diskettes, documentation and packaging in undamaged condition.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES.  Millennia disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the SOFTWARE and the accompanying written materials.  This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights.  You may have others, which vary from state to state.

Millennia does not assume any liability for the use of this software beyond the original purchase price of the software.  IN NO EVENT WILL MILLENNIA BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ADDITIONAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS MILLENNIA PRODUCT, EVEN IF MILLENNIA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

U.S.  GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS

The SOFTWARE and User's Guide are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS.  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 52.227-7013.   Contractor/manufacturer is Millennia Corporation, PO Box 9410, Surprise, AZ 85374
