How to Rearrange Order of Spouses and Children

When you display a Spouse List or Child List, they are displayed in the order in which they were entered.

To rearrange the order of a Spouse List:
1. Click the husband's Spouses icon

in Husband box for a Wife List or the Spouse icon

in the Wife box for a Husband List.

2. Click on the name of the person you want to move.
3. Click on the Up or Down arrow in the lower-right corner of the window to move the name up or down in the list.
4. If you want to sort the names into marriage date order, click the Sort button.
5. When you have finished, click Close.

To rearrange the order of a Child List:

1. From the Family View, choose Child Settings from the Edit tab of the Ribbon bar.

2. Click on the name of the person you want to move.
3. Click on the Up or Down arrow in the lower-right corner of the window to move the name up or down in the list.
4. If you want to sort the names into birth date order, click the Sort button.
5. When you have finished, click Close.
