Print Options
The Print Options screen is reached by clicking the Range button on the Print Preview window.
Print Range
All-Prints all the pages of the report.
Current Page-Prints only the current page
Pages-Prints the range of pages specified. Enter page ranges or page numbers separated by commas. For example, 1,2,5,7-12.
Copies
You can print one or more copies of the report. When printing multiple copies of a multi-page report, selecting the Collate option causes each copy of the report to be printed in order before the next copy is printed. For example, printing three copies of a 12-page report would print 1-12, 1-12, 1-12. If the Collate option is cleared, the report prints 1,1,1,2,2,2,3,3,3, etc.
In the Print box, you can choose to print All pages in range, only the Even pages, or only the Odd pages. If you have specified a range of pages to print, for example, 1-5, 7, 9, 12-15, the Print option applies to that range. For example, if printing the Even pages of this range, only pages 2, 4, 12, and 14 will print.
