Media List Options
The Media List Report prints a list of all the media files attached to anywhere in your family file.
This screen is reached by clicking the Print Media List button on the Picture Scrapbook Options screen (which is reached by choosing Scrapbook from the View tab of the Ribbon bar on the main Legacy screen.
You can include a list of where each media file is linked to. You can also include the caption, date, description, and file ID number (with optional leading subtitles). Media marked as Private can be included or excluded.
Page Setup
Click the Page Setup button to change page margins, print orientation, line spacing, paper size, border lines, heading and page numbering options, and footer options. See Page Setup for more information.
Printer Setup
Lets you change the page size before generating the report. You can also change the target printer and its specific settings.
Font Size
Click the Change Fonts button to select a different font or font size for the report. See Report Fonts for more information.
When you are ready to print, click either the Preview or Print button.
Note: The settings for the Media List Options screen are saved in a file called PhotoList.usr in the [My Documents]\Legacy Family Tree\_AppData\Usr\ folder.
