Help Tab on the Ribbon Bar
Below is a description of all the groups and tools on the Help tab of the Ribbon Bar:
Program Help Group
Help Index
Opens the Contents screen in the Legacy Help system. From here you can choose from major categories as you drill down to the information you are looking for.
File Properties
Opens the Family File Information screen where you can see the current version of Legacy and many statistics about your family file.
Online Help Group
Order Form
Opens the Legacy webpage where you can order the Deluxe Edition of Legacy.
Tech Support
Opens the Legacy Technical Support web page in your Internet browser. This contains a lot of information about solving problems you may run into in the program.

Report a Bug
Opens the Problem Report Form webpage so that you can tell us about a problem you might be having while using Legacy.
Request Feature
Opens the Make a Suggestion webpage so you can request a new feature that you would like to see in an upcoming version or update of Legacy.
Legacy Homepage
Opens your browser window and displays the Legacy home page.
Download Update
Opens the Download Legacy Update webpage where you can download the latest update of the program.
Beginners Video
Opens your web browser and displays the page where you can watch the Legacy for Beginners training video.
About Group
About Legacy
Opens the About screen where you can see the current version number, and other information about the program.
Exit Group
Exit Legacy
Closes the any family files you have open and then exits and closes Legacy. If you are using the reminder option to make a backup of your family file(s) when exiting the program, you will be prompted to do so. See Backup a Family File.
